Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile games, applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies to Services published by Rendezvous Games on platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Quick summary

  • We do not ask you to create a Rendezvous Games account.
  • We do not directly request your name, postal address, phone number, contact list, photographs, or precise location through our games.
  • Game progress may be stored on your device and, when cloud-save or platform features are enabled, with the relevant platform or service provider.
  • Our games use Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and may use Yandex Easy Monetization to display advertising. Yandex mediation may involve other advertising networks. These services may automatically process technical data and advertising identifiers as described below.
  • You can contact us at rendezvous.lost@gmail.com to ask a privacy question or request access to or deletion of data we control.

2. Information processed

The information processed depends on the game, version, device, platform, region, and features you use.

Information you provide

If you contact us for support, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Game and cloud data

Game progress and settings—such as levels, scores, virtual currency, unlocked content, achievements, and save data—may be stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud saves, leaderboards, achievements, or similar platform features, related data may also be processed by the platform provider. A platform or game identifier may be used to connect the save data to the correct installation or platform account.

Technical, analytics, and advertising data

Our service providers may automatically process information such as IP address, device model, operating-system and app version, language, country or approximate location derived from IP, advertising or app-instance identifiers, game events, session duration, purchase events, crash reports, and diagnostic data. We use this information to operate and secure the Services, restore progress, fix errors, understand aggregate performance, prevent fraud, and, where enabled, provide and measure advertising.

We do not use the Services to collect the contents of your contacts, personal files, photographs, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly asks for permission before collection.

3. How information is used

  • to provide, maintain, personalize, and secure game functionality;
  • to save or restore progress and provide customer support;
  • to diagnose crashes, correct errors, and improve performance;
  • to understand gameplay and service usage in aggregate;
  • to process purchases through the applicable app store;
  • to display, limit, and measure advertising where a game contains ads;
  • to comply with legal obligations and protect users, our rights, and the integrity of the Services.

4. Legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performance of a contract (providing requested game features), our legitimate interests (operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the Services), consent (including advertising or device permissions where required), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the privacy controls available in the game, your device, or the relevant platform. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed lawfully.

5. Advertising and monetization with Yandex

Our games use Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and may use Yandex’s Easy Monetization service to display and monetize advertising. Depending on the game and its configuration, advertising may include banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, or app-open formats.

Easy Monetization uses Yandex Mediation technologies, including in-app bidding and a managed advertising waterfall. Although our application integrates the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK, Yandex may automatically connect and select advertising demand from Yandex Advertising Network and other compatible advertising networks or partners. The identity of a particular advertiser or advertising partner may vary for each impression, country, device, and advertising auction.

Data that Yandex advertising technologies may process

According to Yandex’s advertising privacy documentation, Yandex and its advertising partners may automatically process data such as:

  • IP address and approximate location inferred from IP;
  • Google Advertising ID (GAID), Apple IDFA/IDFV, app-instance identifiers, device identifiers, cookies or similar technologies where applicable;
  • device model and other device parameters, operating-system and application version, language, time zone, browser information, and internet connection type;
  • mobile network information, including Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC);
  • identifiers used by compatible third-party advertising systems;
  • advertising events such as ad requests, impressions, views, clicks, completed rewarded ads, and interaction timestamps;
  • technical, diagnostic, crash, anti-fraud, and security information;
  • other information transmitted to Yandex by the application or an advertising partner in accordance with the user’s permissions and applicable law.

Yandex states that AppMetrica is required for the correct operation of Yandex Mobile Ads SDK and is initialized automatically when the advertising SDK is initialized or an advertisement is requested. AppMetrica-related processing is governed by the applicable Yandex privacy documents.

Why advertising data is used

This data may be used to request and display advertisements, select personalized advertisements when valid consent exists, display non-personalized or contextual advertisements, limit repetition, measure impressions and performance, calculate advertising revenue, improve advertising services and machine-learning models, detect invalid traffic and fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve technical problems.

Consent and advertising choices

Where required by applicable law, the application requests or receives an advertising-consent choice and passes the relevant value to Yandex Mobile Ads SDK. If consent for personalized advertising is not available, advertising may still be displayed in a non-personalized or contextual form where permitted by law. Yandex documentation states that consent must be passed to the SDK on every application launch for users in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

You can limit ad personalization or reset/delete the advertising identifier through your Android or iOS privacy settings. Available controls depend on your device and operating-system version. You may also withdraw an in-app consent choice where that control is provided. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may not remove all advertising; non-personalized advertisements may continue to appear.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain laws may classify the disclosure or use of identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Where such laws apply, users may exercise available opt-out choices through the application, device/platform privacy settings, Yandex controls, or by contacting us.

Yandex and platform privacy documents

The following official documents provide further information. Yandex may update these documents and the participating partners used by its mediation service:

6. Other platform services

Google Play, Google Play Games, and Apple App Store may separately process information for distribution, purchases, achievements, cloud saves, platform security, and account services under their own privacy policies. App-store operators process payments; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

7. Data sharing

Information may be shared with the service providers described above only as needed to provide their functions; with professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements. We do not make individual gameplay data publicly available unless you intentionally use a public feature such as a leaderboard.

8. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game, subject to device backups. We retain information we control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention by third-party providers is governed by their policies. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

9. International data transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, they and we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers. Details are available in the providers’ privacy policies.

10. Children’s privacy

Our Services are offered to general audiences unless a particular store listing states otherwise. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in their country) to provide personal information directly to us, and we do not knowingly use their personal information for interest-based advertising. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of connected games and review the privacy controls offered by the game, device, and app store.

If you believe a child provided personal information to us without valid parental consent, email rendezvous.lost@gmail.com. We will investigate and delete information under our control when required. A parent or guardian may also ask to review or delete a child’s information and prevent further collection, subject to reasonable verification of the request.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; to withdraw consent; and to appeal or complain to a competent data-protection authority. To exercise a right, email us with the game name, platform, country, and any relevant player or support identifier. We may request information needed to verify the request and locate the relevant data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. Internet transmission and electronic storage are never completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device and platform account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

13. Website information

When you visit our website, the hosting server may temporarily process standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and error information for security, availability, and troubleshooting. The website may use essential WordPress cookies for administrative or functional purposes.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects how previously collected personal information is used, we will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law.
